How the PDF template maker works
Start with an A4 page, an example or your own PDF background. PDFme provides the visual field editor and live design canvas. Name the fields to match CSV column headers or JSON keys, then preview a generated document.
Three practical uses
- Certificates: put participant names and course dates on a prepared certificate.
- Quotations: create a reusable offer layout with customer, item and amount fields.
- Attendance and receipts: produce repeated records from a spreadsheet without retyping.
Each CSV or JSON record produces a separate PDF in a downloadable ZIP. Blank layouts can have several pages. Existing uploaded PDF backgrounds are fixed, and dynamic field overflow may be limited.
Questions
Can I save the layout?
Yes, download the template as JSON and import it later. Existing PDF backgrounds are included in the template file.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The editor, preview and batch generator run in your browser. The application libraries load from this site.
What if a CSV column is missing?
Generation reports the missing field and row so you can fix the header or rename a field.
