Rate changes are split automatically
Ordinary legal interest is stored by calendar year; commercial late-payment interest can change per semester. A calculation spanning a change is therefore broken into separate rate segments.
For 2026 the ordinary statutory rate is 4.5%; the B2B late-payment rate is 10.5% for the second semester.
