What you see
- Seller and buyer with their Peppol endpoint, VAT and enterprise numbers — each checksum-validated (
0208,9925,BE…). - Lines, VAT breakdown and totals, with the arithmetic checked (line amounts, VAT per rate, totals, amount due).
- Payment: IBAN with the Belgian bank, and the payment reference checked as OGM or RF.
- Embedded attachments — usually the PDF version of the invoice — downloadable in one click.
Invoices and credit notes following Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (the format for Belgian B2B e-invoicing since 1 January 2026), EN 16931 and plain UBL 2.1 are supported. For a full list of rule violations, open the Peppol validator; for data extraction, UBL → JSON/CSV.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Parsing runs in your browser; the file never leaves your device. Bank statements, invoices and tax files often contain personal and financial data — that's exactly why nothing is sent to gratistools.be.
