These terms apply to gratistools.be (gratistools.be), operated by Vecture BV, Kapellestraat 27, 9620 Zottegem, Belgium.

Using the tools

The tools are free to use without an account. They are provided as-is. We work to make results correct, but we can't guarantee that every comparison or conversion is error-free, so check results before relying on them for anything important.

Accounts

Signing in is optional and only needed to save comparisons. Free accounts can store up to 200 items of up to 1000 KB each. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for what is saved under it. Don't save content you're not allowed to store, or content that is illegal.

We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service (for example automated mass uploads). You can delete your account at any time.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you paste or save. We store saved items only to provide them back to you and don't use them for anything else.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue saved comparisons we will give reasonable notice so you can copy your data. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost data arising from use of the free service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
