Compare actual sales, not advertisements

Open the official Statbel property-sales TXT/CSV from its ZIP download. Select a geographic code, optional property category and asking price. The tool shows available P25, median and P75 sale figures by period, without inventing missing values. This is not a valuation for a specific property.

Privacy and representativeness

Statbel suppresses detailed percentiles where too few valid-price transactions are available (in the NIS9 data: normally fewer than 16). Empty figures are shown as unavailable, never interpolated. The municipality series and statistical-sector series may have different coverage and reference years. Historical deed prices do not account for condition, renovation costs or EPC.
