Build first, validate immediately

The builder creates UBL 2.1 for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, calculates line totals and VAT breakdowns, and feeds the generated XML into the same local validation engine used by the Peppol validator.

Sending is separate

Downloading a valid UBL invoice does not transmit it through Peppol. Delivery requires a Peppol-certified Access Point or a provider API.
