Belgian Property & Parcel Explorer

Find an address once, then open the right federal and regional property maps without hunting through separate portals.

Local: partly. Belgian place and region logic runs locally, but the address text is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to obtain candidate coordinates. Official linked portals are opened only when you choose them.

The address is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim only to obtain candidate coordinates. Parcel, planning, flood, soil and heritage checks stay linked to the official Belgian/regional portals.

A launchpad, not a legal certificate

The tool geocodes the address to choose the relevant Belgian/regional resources and then links you to official cadastral, planning, flood, soil and heritage portals. The federal CadGIS viewer remains the authoritative place to confirm cadastral parcel references.

Geocoding versus cadastral truth

The address query is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to obtain candidate coordinates. Those coordinates are a navigation aid only: they are not an official parcel identification, flood certificate, soil certificate or planning certificate. Always confirm the exact parcel/location in the linked official portal.

Open source

The region-aware official-resource selector is MIT-licensed in belgian-utils / property-portals.js. Geocoding remains a separate browser UI concern.
