Supported files

  • Periodic VAT return (VATConsignment): every grid with its description, plus the balance check — grid 71 (payable) or 72 (refundable) must equal (54+55+56+57+61+63) − (59+62+64).
  • Annual customer listing (ClientListingConsignment): customers' VAT numbers are checksum-validated and totals compared with the declared totals.
  • Intra-community listing (IntraConsignment): customer VAT numbers, amounts and codes (L goods, T triangular, S services).

The declarant's VAT number, the period and the representative are shown at the top. This is a reading and plausibility aid, not an official validator — Intervat itself performs the final checks.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Parsing runs in your browser; the file never leaves your device. Bank statements, invoices and tax files often contain personal and financial data — that's exactly why nothing is sent to gratistools.be.
