Fill standard interactive PDF text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns and radio buttons. Choose flattening if you want the result to be non-editable. This does not add fields to scanned documents and is not OCR.
Keep documents private
Everything runs locally using PDF processing code already used by GratisTools. The downloaded form is a new copy; the original stays unchanged. Filling or flattening may invalidate existing digital signatures. Review before submitting.
Are my files uploaded?
No. PDF form filling runs with JavaScript and WebAssembly running in your browser tab. Your files are read from your device and the results are created on your device; nothing is sent to gratistools.be or anyone else, which is also why there are no queues, daily limits or watermarks.
