What you can do
- Reorder — drag a page to a new position. On a phone or with a keyboard, use the ← → buttons on each page.
- Type the order — enter
3, 1, 2, 4-to apply an order in one go. Pages you leave out are removed. - Rotate — turn sideways or upside-down scans by 90° at a time, per page or all at once.
- Delete — remove blank or unwanted pages. Undo all changes brings everything back.
Rotation is stored as page metadata, exactly like a PDF viewer's "rotate and save": nothing is re-rendered, so there's no quality loss and text stays selectable.
Password-protected files work too: you're asked for the password, the file is unlocked in your browser, and the result is saved without a password. Files that only restrict printing or copying are opened automatically.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Rearranging pages runs with JavaScript and WebAssembly running in your browser tab. Your files are read from your device and the results are created on your device; nothing is sent to gratistools.be or anyone else, which is also why there are no queues, daily limits or watermarks.
